How to get the Sun Life PH Mobile App
If you currently have a Sun Life online account, you can use the Sun Life PH Mobile App for your convenience as well. Just download “Sun Life PH” from the App Store (iPhone) or Play Store (for Android phones).
- For existing Sun Life Online Account holders: just input your existing login credentials
- For non-existing Sun Life Online Accounts: Register for an online account first here
Navigating through the App
You can just scroll to view all your account details. Your Mutual Funds and VUL Accounts should reflect once you have your account. For Mutual Funds Account, the fund name, NAVPS should be listed. For VUL accounts, the policy name, face amount and premium due should be listed. If some accounts are not consolidated, please call our customer service hotline at 849-9888.
For Mutual Funds: To Add, Switch or Redeem Funds
Click on the arrow “>” sign on the side of your account details. This will lead you to another screen with more information about your account. On the bottom right screen, click on the plus sign (+). You will see this screen:
For subsequent funds
To add funds, click on “Add funds” and input the information required. You will see this on your screen:
For fund switching
To switch funds, click on “Switch funds” and input the information required. You will see this on your screen:
For fund redemption
To withdraw funds, click on “Redeem funds” and input the information required. You will see this on your screen:
Update contact information
To update your email address and contact number, just click on Service Request > Update Contact Information and provide the information needed.
Update mailing address
To update your mailing address, just click on Service Request > Update Mailing Address and provide the information needed. This will appear in your screen:
File a Claim
To file a claim, just click on Service Request > file a claim and provide the information needed. This will appear in your screen:
